1. Exclusive NZ product, Designed and manufactured in Bay of Islands by one of the largest locally owned sawmills in NZ with over 20 years in business.
2. Cross Laminated timber (CLT). The system is built around the CLT panel, 3 layers of glued timber with the 2 outer layers being horizontal and the middle being vertical. This makes for superior strength and longevity in the product and resistant to shrinking, twisting and warping in the timber.
3. Tongue and Groove, panels interlock with T & G for a seamless finish and also makes for a neighbour friendly, unclimbable fence with no need for horizontal rails allowing both neighbors to have the same looking fence. Also complies with Pool safety fencing.
4. Adaptable, being a horizontal panellised fence it is easy to adapt the design to match customer preference. At a very minimal cost home owners can replace the H3.2 bottom panel (280mm) to an H4 treated panel and with the strength of the product this allows for garden beds or soil to be built up against the fence without having to worry about future rotting in the timber or compromising the integrity of the fence itself. Heights can also be selected in any multiple of 280mm.
5. Efficiency, being a panellised system it is extremely efficient to install. Onsite time is as little as 5 meters of built fence per hour. If panels ever need to be temporarily removed to gain access inside the property its as easy as removing a handful of screws and pulling panels out, then simply place them back in when done.
6. Innovative, moving forward Laminata is constantly looking to bring more options to the market. We have designed and launched a retaining wall system up to 1120mm in height which can have a continuous fence on top.
